<p>STROM, Robert &quot;Bob&quot; Ryan - Age 86, of Linden, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, September 27, 2020. Funeral service will take place 1 PM, Saturday, October 3, 2020, at the Fenton First Presbyterian Church, 503 S Leroy St, Fenton. Pastor Robbie Carnes will officiate with burial following in Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will take place from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM, Friday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd, Fenton. In Lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Fenton Historical Society.&nbsp;</p> <p>Bob was born on May 31, 1934 in Flint, the son of Ryan and Mary (Rector) Strom. He graduated from Fenton High School. Bob and Gail Hagerman were united in marriage on October 10, 1954. He worked in salvage at the GM Chevrolet V-8 plant for 34 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Fenton, serving as a deacon and choir member. Bob was a member of the Fenton Historical Society, the Shiawasee Shores Retirement Community and the Barbershop quartet. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, camping and playing cards.&nbsp;</p> <p>He is survived by his 2 sons, David Strom and Daniel (Robin) Strom; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Arthur (Mary) Strom; and many nieces and nephews. Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife, Gail Strom; 2 sons, Stephen and Bradley Strom; and parents, Ryan and Mary Strom.
