It is with profound sadness that the family of Frank Francis Whitford of Edmonton, Alberta formally of Goodfish Lake, Alberta Born in Vilna, Alberta on April 26, 1952, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at the age of 68 years. Frank is lovingly survived by his loving wife of 29 years: Darlene Whitford; four children: Cathy, Laura, Leslie (Angie), Richard (Lisa); two step-children: Darcy Robinson & Robyn Townson; fifteen grandchildren: Serena, Heaven, Shania, John, Abigail, Scott, Phoebe, Austin, Joshua, Caleb, Liam, Clarisa, Chloe, Sophie & Benjamin; six great grandchildren: Hanna, Shallane, Jasmine, Credence, Willow & Gabrielle; two sisters: Evelyn C. Favel, Theresa Jackson; two brothers: Joseph Whitford, John Silas Whitford (Joker); half sister: Caroline Little Child; uncle: Richard Favel; auntie: Emma Rayko; three best friends: Gerald Davies, George Eriminskin & Ron Pidodorozmy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews cousins & friends. Frank was predeceased by his first wife: Rachel Whitford; two infant babies: Alexis Evelyn & Francis; two daughters: Jenny Lloyd & Louise Cardinal; son: Willy (Willow) Whitford; mother: Minnie Whitford; father: Cleophus Whitford; step-father: John Robinson; three sisters: Harriet, Marlene & Louise; two brothers: Clifford & Richard; auntie: Victoria Favel; mother-in-law: Mary Robinson. Wake will begin, Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake First Nation. Funeral Service, Monday, October 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake First Nation with Reverend Robert Wright officiating.
