Mr. Billy Clayborn Murphy age 90 of Powder Springs passed away Saturday September 26, 2020. A private service will be held at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Jason Odom officiating. Entombment will follow. Mr. Murphy was a U.S. Airforce Veteran and a retired Tennis Teaching Pro. He is survived by his wife Betty Jo Murphy of Powder Springs, 2 daughters June Noriega (Gary) of Rockmart and Joan Kimmerling of Powder Springs. One Brother Johnny Murphy (Pat) of Newnan. 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by his daughter Janet Murphy. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
