VILLE PLATTE – Private Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM for the immediate family at Fergusson Cemetery in Bayou Chicot on Sunday, September 27, 2020 for Andrew Gladney Foret who passed away on Friday, September 25, 2020.

 Andrew Gladney Foret was born in Ville Platte, Louisiana on May 15, 1938 to Joseph Lucius Foret and Leza Guillory Foret.  Gladney proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps.  He was a friendly man with a great personality and loved to visit with people.  Gladney’s greatest joy was time spent with his family.  He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by family and friends.

Andrew is survived by his sister, Lena Foret; brother, Clyde Foret and wife Penny; sister-in-law, Dorothy Foret; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

 He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Lucius Foret and Leza Guillory Foret and brothers, James L. Foret and John Ellis Foret

A private visitation will be observed for the immediate family only at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM.
