Mr. Leroy Bailey was born February 6, 1955 in Columbia, SC. He was the son of the late John Henry and Flora Lee Stroman. Leroy departed this earthly life on Wednesday, September 23, 2020.

Mr. Bailey was educated in the public schools of Richland County. He entered the workforce at an early age. 

Leroy was a good friend to many and a man of faith. He enjoyed dancing, listening to music and was a big fan of the USC Gamecocks and Michael Jackson.

Leroy was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Flora Lee Stroman; four brothers, Leo Bailey (his twin), Leon Bailey, Benjamin Bailey, John Henry Stroman and a sister, Lizzie Geiger.

Mr. Bailey leaves to cherish his precious memories; his wife, Robin Bailey; two sons, Mario and Michael Reese; daughter, Melissa Reese; two brothers, Henry Lewis Stroman and Darren Layseth; three sisters, Carolina (Eddie) Gilliam, Carol Gamble and Linda Isaac; nine grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews all of whom will miss him dearly.
