Frank A. Ramondo Obituary

Frank A. Ramondo, of Ardmore, PA peacefully passed away in his home on September 23, 2020. He and his wife Donna (nee Collins) of 47 years made their home in Ardmore where they raised their family. Frank was a 1965 graduate of Marple Newtown High School. He was drafted and served 2 years in the Army. Frank and his father, Anthony, worked together at A.F. Ramondo & Son, Inc., a recreation equipment company, when he returned from the service. Over the past several years, Frank and his son, Michael worked together and the company still operates today. Frank was a proud member of Masonic Lodge #271 of Philadelphia. Frank was an amazing husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. Beloved father of Michael E. (Claire) Ramondo, Melissa A. (Andrew) Kuhn, Megan E. (Paul) Plato and grandfather of Addison, and Keira Ramondo, Max, Simon, and Shane Olstad, Michaela, Nolan, Vanessa, and Serena Kuhn, and Collins, and Christian Plato. Brother of Anthony Ramondo, Jr. and the late Nicholas Ramondo. He loved life every day and especially the people around him. He was an incredibly gracious and giving person who did for others, never looking for anything in return. Frank or “G” as they called him, adored his grandchildren and they adored him, even on his last day, he was sure to leave a symbolic gift for them; drones.
