Thomas Lee Bowling 69 of Spears Branch Pikeville, KY passed from this earthly life Thursday September 24, 2020 at his residence. Thomas was born Friday December 1, 1950 in Johnson County, KY a son of the late Edgar and Josie Bowling. Thomas was a member of Mayflower Baptist Church. Other than his parents Thomas was preceded in death by one son Roland “RB” Spears. Thomas is survived by his wife Hilda (James) Spears; one son Jimmy Lee Brown of Pikeville, KY; five daughters Brenda James and her husband Ronnie of Lower Johns Creek, Glenda Collins and her husband Bobby, Joyce Burchett of Millard, KY, Lasherri Akers and her husband Dee of Dana, KY, Jackie Spears and her companion Justin Akers of TN; one brother Cecil Bowling of OH; two sisters Dixie Wells of Johnson County, KY and Carol Goble of Floyd County, KY; 17 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. Thomas leaves behind many other family and friends to mourn his passing. Thomas Lee Bowling will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
