Lolita Mae Juneau Slocum was born January 21, 1944 in Bordelonville, Louisiana. She had a wonderful childhood shared by her loving siblings and her caring parents. She lived most of her life in Metairie, Louisiana where she passed peacefully in her home on Saturday, September 19, 2020. She spent her days as a loving and dedicated homemaker, always putting her loved ones’ needs before her own. Lolita leaves behind numerous family members, siblings, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren who will remember her for her immeasurable strength and nurturing heart. Lolita will be laid to rest next to her husband in Garden of Memories Cemetery on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
