Janie Louise Grimes, age 65, of Williamsburg, Ky passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 at Baptist Health Corbin. She was born November 27, 1954 in Piqua, Ohio to the late Leo Richard Blackford and Dorothy Eileen Puckett Blackford. Janie is survived by; two children, Jennifer White of Williamsburg, Ky and Stuart Grimes (Flora Mustafaj) of Fairfield, CT, two grand-children, Lyla Grimes and Julian Grimes, and brother, Richard Blackford. She was preceded in death by; sister, Patricia Blackford, and brother Tom (Thomas) Blackford. A celebration of life will be held at Briar Creek Park in Williamsburg, Ky from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2020.
