On September 20th 2020; Mildred E. Cluster - Neuman, of Parkville; devoted wife of Robert L. Neuman and the late John W. E. Cluster, Sr.; loving mother of John Cluster, Jt. and wife Carla, Michael Cluster and wife Kathy, Jim Cluster and wife Terri; cherished grandmother of Whitney, Joe, Cori, Nicole, Jimmy and Robbie; dear great grandmother of Cameron, Cloe, Willow, Henry and Olivia; Also survived by many loving family and friends. 

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Mildred's life at the family owned Evans Life Celebration Home - 8800 Harford Road, Parkville MD, 21234, on Thursday, September 24th 2020, from 3-5 and 7-9PM. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, 11am at Evans. Interment to follow at Loudon Park.
