Dorothy Jean Butcher, 69, of Elkview passed away Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020 at CAMC Memorial, Charleston after heart failure. She was a former legal secretary for Winter, Johnson Hill Law Offices. She is preceded in death by her parents, George West and Roxie Nutter West. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Butcher, sons, Tom Jr.(Theresa) Butcher, Todd (Dina) Butcher; grandchildren, Matthew (Kimmie) Butcher, Joey and Jordan Butcher; great granddaughter, Dorothy Jean Butcher.
