Alma Becker, 92, Jamestown, ND died Friday September 18, 2020 at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown, ND,

Alma Deutscher was born February 18, 1928 at Gackle, ND, the daughter of Gustof and Amelia (Hust) Deutscher. She attended the local rural school in Germania Township where she received her elementary education.

She and Theodore Becker were married October 20, 1946 at Gackle, ND. They made their home on the farm northwest of Gackle. They retired from farming in 1979 and continued to live on the farm. Following the death of her husband in 1988. She moved to Jamestown and in 2012 she entered the Rock of Ages. Alma entered the Ave Maria Village in 2019.

Alma was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Streeter

She is survived by her daughter, Iva (Kenny Schneider) Klose, Jamestown, ND; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Adeline Geist, Fargo, ND, and Arlene (Gary) Geisinger, New Rockford, ND; 2 daughters-in-law, Linda Becker, Cindy Becker, both of Fargo, ND.

Alma was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 4 sons, Harry, Kevin, Clayton and Dale, 1 son-in-law, Keith Klose, 1 brother, Alton, 1 sister-in-law, Ella, and 3 brothers-in-law, Alvin Geist, Gerald Schlatht, and Duane Stahlhut.
