Rodney Lynn "Rod" Collins

Rodney Lynn (Rod) Collins-age 46 of Washburn passed away unexpectedly Thursday morning, September 17, 2020 at his home. He was preceded in death by mother, Kathy Bell; father, Earl Collins; sister, Laura Wilkerson; brother, Christopher “Outlaw” Dyer. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Barbara Collins; daughter, Katrina (Mitchell) Majors, Cheyanne Collins; sons, Travis (Kayla) Bell, Justin Collins, Corbyn Collins; sisters, Trish (Ricky) Armes, Teresa Barnard; brothers, Chris Collins, Lonnie Dyer and Carson Dyer; step-father, Terry Bell. Several nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends 5-7 P.M. Friday, September 18, 2020 with funeral service to follow at 7 P.M. Friday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Greg Hurst, Rev. James Williams officiating with music by Sandra White and Nikisha Hurst. Interment 2 P.M. Saturday, Dyer Cemetery, Luttrell. Family and friends will meet at 1 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home to go in the funeral procession. Pallbearers: Travis Bell, Justin Collins, Mark Bailey, Troy Bailey, Brad Bailey, Mitchell Majors. Honorary Pallbearers: Terry Bell, John Shoffner, Roger Hankins, Jason Fultz, Alan Mills, Nik Evans. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
