Carmella Peace

Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Greatgrandmother, 98

Carmella (nee DiLullo) Peace, 98, of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2020.  Visitation will be at the Biondi Funeral Home of Nutley, 540 Franklin Ave on Thursday, September 17 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The funeral will be conducted on Friday, September 18 at 8:30 a.m. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Ave, Bloomfield at 9:30 a.m. The Interment will be at St. Raymond Cemetery, Bronx, New York.

Carmella and her late husband, Armand who passed away in 2004, were born and raised in New York City. In 1997 they moved from New York City to Kinder Towers in Bloomfield. Carmella and Armand very much enjoyed their time as residents of Kinder Towers. 

Carmella is survived by her beloved children Patrick and his wife Carol, Frances Russo and her husband Vincent, and Palma Carnathan and her husband William; her loving grandchildren Robert Carnathan and his wife Kimberly, Michael Carnathan and his wife Angela, Stephanie Petruzzi and her husband Michael, Armand Russo and his wife Morgan and John Peter Russo and his wife Mariana and also her cherished great-grandchildren Michael, Sophia, Julian, Miles and Philip.

Carmella was blessed with a long life.
