Clairene Elswick, 87, of Medina, Ohio passed away peacefully on Weds. September 16, 2020.

Clairene was born on January 8, 1933 in Huddy, Kentucky to the late

Johnny and Nancy (nee Spears) Williamson. She has resided in Medina County for many years.

Clairene had been an active member of the Bethel Temple Church in Parma, Ohio.

Clairene devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed all the amenities of cooking, baking and caring for others.  Her hobbies included painting, sewing and crocheting.

Most of all, she was an awesome mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She will be greatly missed by her sons, Tim (Jeanette) Elswick, Jay (Laura) Elswick, Tivis (Kathleen) Elswick and Larry Kucinich.

Grandmother of Jason Elswick (deceased), Valerie (Pat) Lancaster, Jenna (Tyler) Campbell, Shane Elswick and Joshua Elswick. Great grandmother of Gwendolyn, Madelyn and Jocelyn. Also survived by a brother Bobby Williamson and a sister Betty Blackburn. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd B. Elswick in 1995, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Private Family Graveside Services will be held Friday, September 18, 2020 at Chatham Township Cemetery, Spencer, Ohio
