<p>Mr. Johnny Delane Long, 53, of Monroe, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020 in the Atrium Health Hospice Home of Union County. He was born July 14, 1967 to Johnny D. Long, Sr and Sylvia Wooten Tarlton. He was preceded in death by his father Johnny and sister Amy Marie Long.</p> <p>Left to cherish his memory: mother Sylvia Tarlton and husband Randy; daughter Summer Rae Long , son Tyler Chase Long, new grandson Brayden and brother Andy Long.</p> <p>The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.</p>

I remember when Johnny was at church one sunday and our pastor gave an alter call and Johnny gave his heart to the Lord!!! That was my favorite memory and a very proud day for our family!! RIP big guy!! Love you Terea
