Former Dunkirk resident Alice (Harden) Davison, age 83, died Tuesday September 8, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.  Born April 18, 1937 in Bryant, she lived in Dunkirk for several years and worked at Indiana Glass Co. as a sorter for 20 years.  Alice was known as “Mommy-O” on Citizens Band channel 12 back in the day.  She moved to California with her family and had just recently moved back to Indiana.

Survivors include her daughter: Linda Stewart (husband: Paul), Muncie; grandchildren: Jackie Stewart and A.J. Stewart, Muncie, and nieces & nephews including William Swabb, Albany.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Francis (a.k.a. Jim, Daddy-O) Davison, who died in 2000; also deceased is a granddaughter: Ashley Nicole Stewart; her parents: Daniel W. & Ethel B. (Knight) Harden, and several siblings including her sister and former Dunkirk resident Janet Swabb.

There will be no public services; cremation was chosen.
