David Burden Cormack, NL April 27, 1941 – September 13, 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Burden announce his sudden passing on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at his residence in Cormack at the age of 79 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 58 years June Burden (nee Elliott); daughter Sherry (Kirk) Caravan; grandchildren: Kayla (Dion) Nichols, Megan Caravan (Kyle Hodder) and Brandon Caravan; sisters and brothers: Lena Cull, Ed (Lily) Burden, Blanche Osmond, Frances (Roberto) Daniels, Lorna (Rendell) Roberts, Sue Parsons, Wayne (Marina) Burden, Melvin Burden and Roger (Pauline) Burden; as well as a large circle of sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Hector and Mary Burden. Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the United Church Memorial Fund, Shoal Brook.
