<p>Louella Bell Blair, 79, of Fairview, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020, at Astoria Place in Barnesville. Louella was born in Sewellsville, Ohio on July 13, 1941, to the late Robert Paul Hillis Hunter and Dorotha Gertrude (Bell) Hunter.<br /> <br /> Louella is a member of the Sewellsville United Methodist Church and a 1959 graduate of Barnesville High School. She is retired from Bank One in Cambridge.<br /> <br /> Louella is survived by her children: Randy (Kelli) Whitsell and Tammy (Damon) Whitsell; significant other, Clifford Benson; six grandchildren: Nathan (Taylor) Whitsell, Kierstan (Thomas) Poole, Teagan Whitsell, Ashley Neuhardt, Ben (Shawnee) Neuhardt and Christin Neuhardt; and 11 great-grandchildren.<br /> <br /> In accordance with COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing and masks will be requested at a visitation on Thursday, September 17, 2020, from 12pm until the time of the service at 2pm with Pastor Tom Detling officiating at Sewellsville Methodist Church in Sewellsville, Ohio . Burial will follow in Sewellsville Methodist Cemetery. Care is entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.<br /> <br /> In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Louella&#39;s memory to the Sewellsville United Methodist Church.</p>

Louella Bell Blair, 79, of Fairview, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020, at Astoria Place in Barnesville. Louella was born in Sewellsville, Ohio on July 13, 1941, to the late Robert Paul Hillis Hunter and Dorotha Gertrude (Bell) Hunter.

Louella is a member of the Sewellsville United Methodist Church and a 1959 graduate of Barnesville High School. She is retired from Bank One in Cambridge.
