<p>Panagis Vallianatos, age 87, of Destin, Florida passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 in Destin, Florida.&nbsp; He was born in Cephalonia, Greece to Andreas and Apostolia Vallianatos.&nbsp; He married Irene Agoura on February 25, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois.&nbsp; Panagis was a self-made entrepreneur and provided for his family, friends and mankind with his enormous love, generosity and a heart of pure gold.&nbsp; A great man who loved and was loved by all.&nbsp; Panagis was a God loving man who was devoted to his Greek Orthodox faith.</p> <p>He is survived by his wife, Irene Vallianatos of Destin, Florida; his daughter, Vaselike Vallianatos; sons; Andrew Vallianatos and John Vallianatos, both of Destin, Florida; Grandchildren, Atianna Vallianatos and Luke Vallianatos; sisters, Regina Anna and Georgia of Cephalonia, Greece and his brother, Evagellos Vallianatos of Los Angeles, California.</p> <p>A visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2020 from 3:00 P.M. &ndash; 5:00 P.M. at Emerald Coast Funeral Home (Masks are required).&nbsp; A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Markella &amp; Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Mary Esther, Florida.&nbsp; Interment will follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.&nbsp; After the burial there will be a reception for all to join at Aegean Restaurant, 1259 Eglin Parkway, Shalimar, FL 32579.</p>

Obituary
