Beverly Gibbs was born September 24, 1934 and departed this life on August 30, 2020.

Beverly was preceded in death by his mother, Hattie B. Gibbs, father, Beverly Gibbs Sr., wife, Lula Gibbs, two daughters, Mary Ann Gibbs Cooley and Patricia Gibbs, one sister, Bertha Mae Williams, one brother, Spencer Gibbs Sr., two sons, Bruce Gibbs, and Learnest Gibbs. 

Beverly leaves to cherish his memory; two devoted daughters, Darlene Gibbs and Lula Johnson; three sisters, Mary Gibbs, Rosetta Winfield and Olalee Parker; two devoted cousins, Henry Anderson and Elmater Jackson; grandchildren, Jennifer Gibbs, Jessica Gibbs, Robin Gibbs, Terrence Gibbs, Reginald Gibbs, April Gibbs, Ashley Gibbs, Timothy Johnson Jr., Taylor Gibbs Williams, Aundrea Nelson, and a host of great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
