<p>Harold Keith Holt, 87 of Terre Haute passed away on September 9, 2020 at Greenwood Healthcare Center.&nbsp; He was born on September 15, 1932 near Willow Hill Illinois to James Holt and Nellie Holt (Wilson). Harold is preceded in death by parents, beloved wife Elois Holt (Roan) and son Joe Holt. He is survived by his son Steve Holt (Jane), daughter Julie Williams (Chris), grandchildren Eric Holt (Bryan Haro), Ashley Holt, Olivia Williams, Jack Williams, and Luke Williams. Keith worked at Root’s Department Store for nearly 40 years, he was a US Army Veteran serving in Korea, and a member of Union Christian Church. Many years were spent as an avid volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. Visitation for Keith will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 11:00 am until1:00 pm with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Mark Grayless officiating. Due to COVID-19 the family wants to let people know that they understand if they are not able to attend services. For those who do attend a mask is required and social distancing will be practiced. Burial will be in Farmersburg Westlawn Cemetery with the Sullivan County Honor Guard providing military honors. The family suggests that for &nbsp;those who desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation at www.alz.org.
