<p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>James &quot;Milton&quot; Christy</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>1953 - 2020&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>James &ldquo;Milton&rdquo; Christy, age 67, of Park City passed away on September 9, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 23, 1953 in Barren County to the late James &ldquo;Otis&rdquo; and Mary Christy. He was married to his wife of forty-seven years, Peggy Madison Christy, whom survives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Milton retired from Southern States after twenty-nine years of work, and has spent the last few years enjoying life with friends and family. Milton was a member of Jock United Baptist Church. He loved fishing, UK Sports and mowed more yards than you can count.</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Besides his wife, he leaves to honor his memory&mdash; his daughter, Lindsay B. Christy of&nbsp; Nashville, TN; son, Brandon Christy (Myrisa) of Corbin, KY; two grandsons, Asa Fox Christy and James River Christy, both of Corbin; two brothers, Roger Christy (Diane) of Bardstown, Tony Christy (Christy) of Cave City; one sister, Sue Chapman of Hiseville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>NO SERVICES ARE SCHEDULED</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>- ARRANGEMENTS BY PATTON FUNERAL HOME PARK CITY CHAPEL -</strong></span></p>

Milton was the husband of one of my best friends.  He always had a smile and kind words for everyone he met.
He was a great person.  My thoughts and prayers to my friend as she says good bye to her husband.
