BILLIE JEAN WINER

Billie Jean Winer, 62, of Lynn Haven, passed away September 8, 2020. She was born in Wyandotte, MI, and lived in Bay County for the last 30 years. Billie was brought up in the Church of Christ, and loved and adopted animals all her life. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Billy Ray and Sallie Marie Sanford.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Gordon Winer of Lynn Haven; her step-children, Scott and Tina Winer of Michigan; a brother, Larry Swindle and wife Dorene of New Boston, MI; and numerous cousins.

A Celebration of Life service for Billie will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Bay County Humane Society.
