Joseph was born on November 10, 1950 in Macon, GA to the late Ervin T. and Edna (Coote) Bridegam. He enjoyed photograghy and was a very skilled diesal mechanic, primarily with tractor repair. He was known in the community as "Hippie Joe" Left to cherish his memory is his sister: Elaine Stewart (Jackie) of Warner Robins; nieces: Kelly Creetors and Dayna Vannier; nephew: Marvin Stewart; 8 great nieces and nephews; 2 great-great nephews.
