<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>George Thomas Polston, age 72, of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 in Cincinnati, surrounded by his loving family.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He was born March 10, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late George and Mary B. Polston.&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>He worked as a truck driver for McLean Trucking and Conway CCX Trucking.&nbsp; He retired in 2010.</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of forty-eight years,&nbsp;&nbsp;Carol.&nbsp; They were married September 16, 1972;&nbsp; daughter,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Melissa Anderson and her husband, Darrel; sister, Vicki Petersmann; brother, Dave Petersmann; niece, Christy Petersmann; nephew, Mark Petersmann; and his&nbsp;granddaughter, Mackenzie Williams; and other relatives and friends.&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>A memorial service will be announced at a later date.&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>To share a memory of George or leave a special message for the Polston family, please click the &quot;Tribute Wall&quot; tab above and to the right, enter the information, and click &quot;Save Post.&quot;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong>Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206)&nbsp; is honored to serve the&nbsp; Polston family.&nbsp; Please call (513) 251-6200 or visit www.WalkerFuneralHome.com for additional information.</strong></span></p>
