Douglas J. Lloyd, “Doug”, age 62 years, of Ringoes, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at his home. Born in Melrose Park, IL, July 7, 1958, he was the youngest son of the late William and Phyllis C. Lloyd. He was a 1976 graduate of Morristown High School in Morristown, NJ and a 1980 graduate of the University of Delaware. He had resided in Hunterdon County for the past twenty-eight years and worked as a Regional Sales Manager for Essex Food Ingredients in Linden, NJ for thirty-seven years. Doug will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love for the game of football, his dedication to his family and friends, and his appreciation of good music and a good time. He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years, MaryLou J. Lloyd; son, Gregory S. Lloyd of Asbury Park, NJ; daughter, Caroline L. Swantkoski; son-in-law, Joseph W. Swantkoski; and his grandson, Cole W. Swantkoski of Ewing, NJ. Also surviving are his brothers, William (Joan) Lloyd of Pinehurst, NC; James (Meg) Lloyd of Rockville Centre, NY; and Randall Lloyd of Barre, VT; along with many nieces and nephews.
