Eugene will be remembered for his infectious laugh and his love for his daughters and family.Eugene is survived by his loving daughters Emily, Saraya, and Sofia Rodriguez. His granddaughter Destiny. His brothers Ubaldo and Cesar. Sisters Griselda, Irma, and Celia.
