<p>Allen Townsend, 73, Radcliff, KY passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY.</p> <p>Mr. Townsend was retired from the United States Army and a veteran of the Vietnam War.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers.</p> <p>Survivors include:<br /> His wife, Mary Townsend of Radcliff, KY; four children, Princilla Williams of Illinois, Heidi Osborne of Radcliff, KY, Elaina Townsend of Radcliff, KY, Jacob Townsend of Radcliff, KY; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four sisters, Ellen, Carolyn, Marylon, Berniece; one brother, Jim; and a host of family & friends.</p> <p>Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Friday, September 18, 2020 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY</p> <p>Funeral services for Mr. Townsend will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday, September 18, 2020 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
