Brayden Michael Deertz of Green Forest, Arkansas, was born February 23, 2019 in Johnson, Arkansas to Nathan W. and Heather I. (Doss) Deertz. Brayden went to be with the angels on Monday, August 31, 2020 at the age of 18 months. Brayden loved playing with the family dogs, piggyback rides from his sister, horsing around with aunt Jessie, and snuggling up to mom’s neck. Brayden is survived by his parents Nathan and Heather Deertz of Green Forest, Arkansas; siblings Kadee and Dawson Deertz of Green Forest, Arkansas; grandmother Dawn McCoy of Green Forest, Arkansas; grandfather Ron Garner of Iowa; great grandmothers Nan Krogman of Berryville, Arkansas, Patricia McKenzie of Green Forest, Arkansas, Jeannie Moore of Erie, Illinois; aunts Tonya Eastwood and husband Shane of Berryville, Arkansas, Jessie Deertz of Green Forest, Arkansas, Madonna Arrington and husband Shawn of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Kristen Norris and husband Austin of Green Forest, Arkansas, Kayla Coffel and Brooklyn Coffel of Berryville, Arkansas; uncle Freddy Deertz and fiancée Sydnee Brockman of Green Forest, Akansas; cousins Jace and Ive Deertz, Freeman Eastswood, McKenzie Eastwood, Hunter Eastwood, David and Daniel Faulkner, Spencer and Acelyn Coffell, Baylor Norris all of who will miss his sweet spirit. He is preceded in death by his sisters Zoey and Chloe Deertz; great grandpa Ronald Deertz; aunt Elaine Deertz; and cousin Eddie Deertz. Visitation will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Friday, September 11, 2020 at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville, Arkansas. Funeral service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Carter Pierce officiating.
