<p>&nbsp;Norma Jean Pratt Distefano passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 79.&nbsp; Born in Oakwood, Ohio, Norma and her family moved to Nederland, Texas in 1949.&nbsp; She was a Nederland&nbsp; Westernaire and a 1958 graduate from Nederland High School.&nbsp;</p> <p>Norma and her husband, Sam, were avid bowlers, and bowled in a league for over 20 years.&nbsp;&nbsp;She was retired from Mobil Oil, where she made many friends throughout the years.&nbsp;&nbsp;She loved her granddaughter, Sophia, more than anything else in the world.&nbsp;Playing cards with her brother, George, at his church on Friday nights was a favorite activity of hers in recent years.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preceded in death by her father, Clarence Pratt, her mother, Mildred Fuller Pratt, and her husband, Sam Distefano.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Jennifer Rosetta and her husband, Vincent Rosetta, her granddaughter, Sophia Rosetta, her brother, George Pratt and his wife, Rosemary Pratt and her nephews, Chris, Jonathan and Matthew Pratt.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>A memorial service will be held at a later date</p>

Obituary

 Norma Jean Pratt Distefano passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 79.  Born in Oakwood, Ohio, Norma and her family moved to Nederland, Texas in 1949.  She was a Nederland  Westernaire and a 1958 graduate from Nederland High School. 

Norma and her husband, Sam, were avid bowlers, and bowled in a league for over 20 years.  She was retired from Mobil Oil, where she made many friends throughout the years.  She loved her granddaughter, Sophia, more than anything else in the world. Playing cards with her brother, George, at his church on Friday nights was a favorite activity of hers in recent years.

 

Preceded in death by her father, Clarence Pratt, her mother, Mildred Fuller Pratt, and her husband, Sam Distefano.

 

She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Jennifer Rosetta and her husband, Vincent Rosetta, her granddaughter, Sophia Rosetta, her brother, George Pratt and his wife, Rosemary Pratt and her nephews, Chris, Jonathan and Matthew Pratt. 

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date
