James Harold Osborne

James Harold Osborne, age 82, of Hazard, KY, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center. James was a retired construction worker for Hinkle and was a member of Little Samuel Memorial Old Regular Baptist Church. He was born on April 15, 1938 to the late Jack Osborne and the late Ruby Cole Osborne. He is survived by his wife of 48 years: Pauline Hoskins Osborne; One Son: Harold Ray Osborne; Special Cousins: Alice Cole Thies, Charles Wooton, Darrell "Frog" Cole & Ross Cole as well as a Host of Family & Friends. Arrangements are being handled by Maggard's Mtn. View Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 9, 2020. Funeral service will be at Maggard's Mtn. View Chapel at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 9, 2020 with Johnny Sexton, Tony Sizemore & James Hamblin officiating. Interment will be at Wells Family Cemetery, Hazard, KY In lieu of flowers family request donations to Bluegrass Care Navigators
