George A. Love Jr., 67, of Watsontown passed away Saturday September 5, 2020 at his home.

He was born in Lewisburg, on December 29, 1952 and was the son of the late George A., Sr. and Doris J. (Winters) Love.  On July 3, 2000, he married the former Dorothy M. Schooley and together they celebrated 20 years of marriage.

George was a 1970 graduate of Warrior Run High School.  He was self-employed as a mason, he worked on many of the local schools and banks.

He loved his motorcycles and old cars.

In addition to his wife, Dorothy, he is survived by his three sons: George Love III and his wife Amy, of Texas, Nathanial Christman, of Virginia, and Christian Love, of Florida; three daughters: Crystal Schooley and her husband Dale, of New Columbia, Diane Yagle and her husband Aaron, of Muncy, and Beth Love, of Williamsport; three step-daughters: Donnelle Shoemaker and her husband Charlie, of Watsontown, D. Megan Seese, and Melinda Guyer and her husband Brent, both of Milton; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

There will be a visitation from 11 AM to 1 PM on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 at Delaware Run Wesleyan Church, Watsontown, where a memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, with Rev. Michael Reece, officiating.
