Brandy Breedlove Hearne, 41, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida passed away September 4th, 2020 with her family by her side after bravely battling complications with Covid-19. She was born to the late Rita Breedlove and her surviving father Carl Fontain on October 11, 1978. Brandy graduated from Freeport High School in 1997. She received an associate's degree at Okaloosa Walton Community College. She was employed as the Finance Director at the Okaloosa County Tax Collector's Office at the time of her passing. 

To say Brandy was a devoted mother would be an understatement. Her purpose in life became clear when her son Alexander was born in 2007 and affirmed again when she was blessed with her daughter Lillian in 2014. Her last requests were for them.    

Once a month or more she could be found at her second home on the bayou with her Daddy and Frannie. It is there that family birthdays and cookouts happen regularly with her large extended family whom she loved dearly. 

She is survived by her young children Alexander and Lillian Hearne who she shared with former spouse Joel Hearne, her father Carl Fontain and his wife Fran, her brother Barry Boutwell and his wife Sheila, her sister Cynthia Boyer and her husband Loren, Nieces Bethany McKenzie, Bethany Duncan and her husband Zack, Franki Harris and her fiancè Chad Holloway and Sabrina Boutwell and her fiancè James Leonard, as well as grand nieces Linnaea Duncan, Emory Holloway, Z. Holloway and grand nephews Jackson and Luke Duncan. She is also survived by her best friends Michelle Anderson, Courtney Ferguson, and her dog Benson. Preceded in death by her mother Rita Breedlove, Grandmothers Jeannine Litzinger and Olaer Breedlove and her Grandfathers William Litzinger and Paul Breedlove as well as 2 dogs Sarge and Baby, and 2 cats Oreo and Frito. 

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020. The viewing will be held at 12 pm followed by the service at 2 pm. There will be a reception directly after at Beachside Community Church. Memorial service to be held at a later date. Live streaming will be available for friends and family unable to attend in person. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the GoFundMe account (https://gf.me/u/yju3yn) to provide ongoing support for the children.
