<p>.</p> <p>Barry Richard &ldquo;Ricky&rdquo; Davis, age 63 of Hwy 844, West liberty, KY, passed away Saturday, September 5&nbsp;,2020 in the Morgan County ARH. He was born June 17, 1957 in West Liberty, Kentucky a son of Harry Davis and Joretta Conley Davis Oney. He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, West Liberty, KY, and retired correctional officer at LSCC, Sandy Hook, KY.</p> <p>Survivors include his wife, Kozet Botts Davis, West Liberty, KY; step daughter, Estella Damron (Harlan) of Wellington, KY; one son, Barry Davis Jr (Tina) of West Liberty, KY. Four grandchildren; Mikey Stephens, Shawna Keeton, Aubrey Davis &amp; Aaron Davis. Four sisters; Susan &amp; Junior Hager, Robin &amp; Winston Phipps, Sarilda &amp; Tim Clark, Sharma &amp; Ralph Hatton all of Cannel City, KY, and one brother, Michael Davis of Cannel City, KY. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Hager Davis and Joretta Conley Davis Oney. His step father, George Oney.</p> <p>COVID-19 regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.</p> <p>Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, September 9,2020 at Herald &amp; Stewart &amp; Halsey Chapel with Bro. Tim Clark officiating. Interment in Benton Cemetery, Cannel City, KY. Visitation will be 6:00pm, Tuesday at Herald &amp; Stewart &amp; Halsey Funeral Home, West Liberty, KY.</p> <p>Active Pallbearers: Tommy Keeton, Brian Lindon, Jason Hatton, Mike Elmore, Neal Clark, Matt Bentley. Honorary Pallbearers: David Lindon, Butler Whitson, Anthony Lykins, Paul Wade Reed, Billy (Bugs) Phipps, Billy (BR) Phipps, Hager Hatton, LSCC Correctional Staff, City of West Liberty.</p>
