Bryan George Dyck WAKAW, Saskatchewan Obituary

Bryan George Dyck

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our husband, father and Papa, Bryan George Dyck on September 1, 2020 at the age of 70 years. Bryan leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, his wife Roxanne (nee Gaudet); his son Jason (Anita); his daughters Nicole and Gina (Mike); his grandchildren: Makenna, Vance and Kale; his sister-in-law Pat Dyck; his brother-in-law Ron Arnold; as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Bryan was predeceased by his parents George and Agatha (Hamm) Dyck, his sister Louise Arnold and his brother Jim Dyck. Bryan was born September 10, 1949 and grew up in Rosthern, SK. He met the love of his life Roxanne and they were married on August 21, 1971. He worked most of his life at Mitchell’s Food as a Government Meat Inspector. Bryan had a love of travelling so when he left Mitchell’s he pursued a career as a travel agent. He enjoyed many holidays in many different countries. He loved all sports, he was a hockey referee, and he coached his children in ball. Family and friends were the center of his universe. He especially loved fishing with his kids and grandkids. He lived life to the fullest, always joking and laughing. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. At the family's request there will be a private Mass of Christian Burial at the St. Isidore Roman Catholic Church in Bellevue, SK. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Bryan may be directed to the Lakeland Fire Department. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Marc Blondeau of Kushneryk Funeral Service, Wakaw, SK. 306-233-4403.
