Waterville - Book Franklin Stambaugh III died suddenly and peacefully at his home July 27th, 2020. He is predeceased by his father, James E. Stambaugh and his uncle David B. Stambaugh. He is survived by his mother, Jane and stepfather Paul and his sister Stephanie and her husband Tony, a very special niece Tiffany and a nephew Kenneth, several aunts, uncles and many loving cousins. Born July 20, 1969 at Nellis Air Force base in Las Vegas, NV, He graduated from Greenville High School in 1987. He has lived in Waterville since 1987 and has worked in several food service establishments and has created some great friendships. He was unique, a talented artist, cherished son, an amazing brother, loyal friend creating great friendships with people he considered family. He could take a completely horrible situation and make sure you laughed before it was over! He will be missed by many.
