Brad Vines Obituary

Mr. Bradley Scott “Brad” Vines, age 52, of Tallapoosa, GA, transitioned to his heavenly home, August 31, 2020. He was born in Marietta, GA, January 15, 1968 to the late Frank and Betty Kelly vines. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother and sister in law, Benny and Shelia Vines and nephew, Heath Vines. Brad graduated with the Haralson County Class of 1986. He was a faithful member of West View Missionary Baptist Church. He owned and operated Bore More and Brad Vines Grading and served as the District 4 Commissioner of Haralson County. He loved all things outdoors, being on his farm, hunting, fishing and gardening. He loved all of his family fiercely. His wife, sons and grandchildren were his whole world. Shortly after marrying Suzy, he came to know the Lord and was saved. They enjoyed sharing their love with others, especially those in nursing homes and shut ins. So many were generous and gave so much to help Brad – he requested that the spirit of giving continue. He asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Brad Vines Memorial Benefit Account at Synovus, so that they may continue to help other families suffering with Cancer or other illnesses. Donations may be made directly at the bank or given to the funeral home. Brad is survived by his wife, Suzy Vines, of Tallapoosa; sons and daughters in law, Treston Vines, of Tallapoosa, Drake and Jenna Vines of Heflin, AL, Johnathan and Haley Daniel of Homewood, AL; grandchildren, Laina Vines, Elijah Daniel and Zane Vines, coming October, 2020; sister, Belinda Bentley, of Cedartown; brother, Barry Vines, of Buchanan; mother and father in law, John and Margaret Traylor of Graham, AL; sister and brothers in law, Kaye and Bobby Freeman of Pell City, AL and Bradley Bentley of Buchanan; mother of his sons, Sandy and Murray Fielder of Buchanan; nieces and nephews, Brandall and Bradee Bentley, Brandy Vines, Jon-David Freeman, Josh and Tara Cash; great-niece, Indy Jae Bentley and great-nephews, Camdyn, Easton and Asher Cash.
