Obituary
Nonda Gay Miller, 77, of Marble Hill, Mo., died August 30, 2020, at her home.
Born in Scotts Bluff, Nebraska, on March 22, 1943, she was the daughter of Elton and Naomi DeBruler Callahan.
She married Mervyn Mitchell Miller on Feb. 24, 1983, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 2018.
She raised four children while working as a waitress. Her family remembers her as a very active, plain-spoken person who experienced life to the fullest.
She is survived by her children, Michael Richards (Joann King) of Indiana, Wesley Wade Richards of Kentucky, Michelle Marney of Kentucky, Shannon (Keith) Lincoln of Marble Hill, Mitchell B. Miller of Marble Hill and Lori Patton of California; a sister, Holly Tellas of California, and two grandchildren: Jacob Cornelius and Kaylee Chrisman. Two brothers, a sister, and two grandchildren preceded her in death.
Visitation will be on Friday, September 4, 2020, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield, Mo.
