It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Effie Melinda (Bowers) Noble announces her passing. Effie slipped peacefully into the presence of the Lord at the Copper Crescent Long Term Care Facility, Baie Verte, NL on Sunday, August 30th, 2020 at the age of 71 years. Effie is predeceased by her father - Ernest Bowers; parents-in-law - Alfred & Muriel Noble; siblings - Francis Bowers, Dorman Bowers and Willie Bowers and brother-in-law - Hayward Hewlett. Left with many fond and loving memories is her husband - Earl Noble; children - Jackie Ferguson (Keith), Eric Noble and Garfield Noble; seven grandchildren; mother - Pearl Bowers; siblings - Ivan Bowers (Ruth), Eileen Jacobs, Hazel Hewlett and Karen Bowers; siblings-in-law - Wesley Noble (Pauline), Fred Noble (Effie), Raymond Noble (Roxanne) and Jessie Andrews (Cecil) as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Public Health Advisory and associated restrictions, we regret to announce that there will be no Public Visitation. Pastor Gary Bartlett conducted a Private Family Service at Bayview Pentecostal Tabernacle, Middle Arm, NL. Interment followed at Oceanview Interfaith Cemetery, Middle Arm, NL. We encourage extended family and friends to share condolences, memories and/or photos to Effie's memorial wall, available on our website.
