Byron Nichols, 71, of Burlington, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Premiere Estates in Muscatine.  No services will be held at this time.  The Snyder and Hollenbaugh Funeral and Cremation Center is caring for the family.  Sympathy notes may be left for the family at www.sandfuneralservice.com.

Byron Ray Nichols was born on October 20, 1948 in Muscatine, Iowa, the son of Virgil and Mae Nichols.   He was united in marriage to Sandra Nolan and the couple later divorced.  Later he was married to Julie Sell and they later divorced.  Byron worked several jobs over the years.

Byron will be deeply missed by his children, Brian (Pam) Nichols, Brenda  (Lloyd) Ward, Becky Turner and Steven Nichols; grandchildren; brothers, Ronnie Nichols, Denny Nichols, Donnie Nichols; sister, Helen Foster.

Byron was preceded in death by his parents; son, Byron, Jr (BJ); brothers, Virgil and Ernie Nichols and sister, Shirley Krueger.
