Eloise Maxine Carter, 95, of Henrico, Va., died July 6, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur A. and Carrie J. Carter; two sisters, Goldie M. and Mary C. Carter; brother, Arthur D. (Eugenia) Carter. Surviving are her sister, Maxine D.(Walter H. Jr.) Myers : three nieces, Tina and Nicole Myers and Zena (Robert) Deloatch; three nephews, Wayne, Walter III (Tammy) and Michael (LaDonna) Myers; two great nieces, Jasmine Deloatch and Ashley Mclean; great nephew, Brandon Myers; two great great nieces, Kayla Myers and Kameron Mclean; two great great nephews, Khristain and Kason Mclean; three devoted cousins, Jean Kincaid, Josephine Norrell and Thomas (Johnetta) Kenney; host of other relatives and friends. She retired from food service with Henrico County Public Schopols after 50 years of service. Her remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 13 at 1 p.m. at Quioccasin Baptist Church, 9011 Quioccasin Road. Dr. Earl Bledsoe, officiating. Dr. Andrew M. Mosley, Jr., eulogist.
