Betty “Jane” Mauney, 75, of Crosby, Texas, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020 in Carrollton, Texas. A graveside committal service celebrating her life will be held at 11a.m., on Monday, August 17, 2020, at Lone Star Cemetery, in Poolville, Texas. Jane was born on November 22, 1944, in Raymondville, Texas, to William and Roxie Mauney. She had three children, Royce, Shelly, and Matthew. Jane worked as a nurse. She enjoyed outdoor activities including gardening and horseback riding. Jane is survived by her children, Weldon Royce Willis, II (Natasha), Shelly Jane (Martin) White, and Matthew Thomas (Cheri) Willis; and 10 grandchildren and by 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her sister, JoAnn Mauney Webb and by her brothers, Robert and Gene Mauney.
