<p style="text-align: justify;">Edward &ldquo;Eddie&rdquo; Adgerson, son of the late Allen and Ida Adgerson was born on May 30, 1954 in Washington D.C. After being cared for by his sister Linda for many years and as his caregiver and as his health began failing, he was moved to the Edisto Post-Acute Nursing Home in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He slipped away peacefully on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the nursing home.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Eddie attended the public schools of Orangeburg County. Growing up he enjoyed driving the tractor and farming. He later started brick masonry and ended up being a shade tree mechanic which he loved doing because it gave him a chance to help others. He was full of joy and laughter always with a big smile.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">He is preceded in death by his parents, Allen and Ida Adgerson and one sister, Trixie Adgerson.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Mr. Adgerson leaves to cherish his precious memories: two sons, Danny E. Adgerson of Vance, South Carolina and Kamanti Adgerson of New York City; three daughters, Yolanda and Juanita Adgerson of Charleston, South Carolina and Tamekia Jordan of Las Vegas; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother, Allen (Sandra) Adgerson of Santee, SC; six sisters, Ulanda (Ernest) Guess of Vance, SC, Valarie Sweat of Vance, SC, Linda Elmore of Orangeburg, SC, Patricia Adgerson of Augusta, GA, Gloria (Frank) Goolsby of Winston Salem, NC, and Diana Abraham of Orangeburg, SC; his best friend, Timmy Livingston of Orangeburg, SC; along with a host a special nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.</p>
