CHESAPEAKE- Flora Irene Burton, 73, passed away on August 4, 2020. She was born on November 7, 1946 in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late, Johnny W. and Flora Whitney Riggs. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 53 years, Rodney Lee Burton. She is survived by her sons, Andre L. Burton, Bryan W. Burton, Chester R. Burton and Duane D. Burton; sister, Doris Carawan; brother, Johnny Riggs; five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
