<p>Ms. Iva Howell Josey, 82, of Adrian passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2020 at her residence following an extended illness. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ms. Josey was born February 5, 1938 in Dublin, GA. She was an interior decorator and could turn little what nots into beautiful things.
