<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &ldquo;I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith&rdquo; II Timothy 4:7</p> <p>&nbsp; Joyce Ann Chandler the daughter of the late John Walker Chandler and Mildred Jackson Chandler, was born April 22, 1964 in Florence County, South Carolina.</p> <p>God called his beautiful angel home to take an eternal rest on Sunday August 02, 2020.</p> <p>Joyce&nbsp; joined Spring Branch Baptist church at an early age where she accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior. She graduated from Hannah Pamplico High School in the year of 1982.</p> <p>Joyce &nbsp;worked at Delta Mills in Pamplico, SC. After the closely&nbsp; of Delta Mills she worked for the Florence School District 2 as a bus driver until her health failed. She was a foster mother for over 15 years, with a total of 69 foster children. She loved everyone and had a heart of Gold.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her brothers Joseph Chandler, Luther Jackson and her sister Lorien Chandler. Adopted children, Sharonda Hyman and Sanders Lee Grant Jr.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Joyce leaves to cherish her loving memories: Two daughters, Mildred Beaulet Chandler of Pamplico, SC, Jada Michelle (Tony) Brooks from Charottle, NC, she raised as her own Kegia (Cora) Eaddy, Stephanie ( Jon Paul) Brinkley, Rodric Grant and Matthew Ross. Four grandchildren: Jhaliah&nbsp; Frierson, Avery Brooks both of Charlotte, NC and Tra&rsquo;vorris Fogle and Ethan Myers, both of Pamplico, SC. Two sisters: Barbara Jackson of Pamplico, SC, and Grace Chandler Fleming of Florence, SC. Five brothers: Allen (Hazel) Jackson of MN, Joseph Chandler of Florence, SC, McKinley Jackson of Pamplico, SC, Arthur (Melanie) Jackson of Hawaii, and Sammie (Diane) Chandler of Florence, SC. Five Aunts: Odessa Timmons, Christine Shaw, Olivia Jackson, Roseann Tisdale and Betty Jackson. Two uncles: Rev. James (Mary) Jackson and Norman Chandler. This hurt my heart to learn of the passing of Miss Joyce. She was my best foster parent. I loved going to her home and just sitting and talking. RIP Miss Joyce
