NICHOLS, Ronald Dean II – of Montrose, age 52, died Sunday, August 2, 2020 at his residence. Honoring Ronald’s wishes cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County or the American Cancer Society. Ronald was born October 23, 1967 in Flint, Michigan to Ronald and Marie (Bachmann) Nichols. He grew up in the Grand Blanc and Montrose area, graduating from Montrose High School with the class of 1981. On January 13, 1990 he married Kyle M. McWhorter in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Ronald enjoyed hunting, fishing, old cars and wildlife. However, his greatest joy in life was his time with his family. Surviving are: Wife, Kyle Nichols; Sons, Ronald “Trey” Nichols, Honorary Son, Damon Richards; Father, Ronald (Margaret) Nichols; Sister, Theresa (Chuck) Kessler; Nieces and Nephews, Alissa (Joseph) Chestnut, Charlie (Katie) Kessler, Cameron (Amanda) Kessler, Andrew Vance, Ryan Vance, Sara (Andy) Hill, Matthew (Jamie) Wilkes, Eric (Jessica)Wilkes Ashley O’Brien, MacKenzie Hilton.
