<p helvetica="" neue="" style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-align: justify;"><strong><em><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Mr. Wayne Williams was called Home Friday, July 31, 2020, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.&nbsp; Seeing that he was weak and weary, God whispered in his ear, &ldquo;Come on Home My child.&rdquo;</span></span></em></strong></p> <p helvetica="" neue="" style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-align: justify;"><strong><em><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">He was born to Mr. Oscar and Mrs. Netter Mae Williams on&nbsp;February 2, 1949.&nbsp; He was a native of Seminole County, Georgia.</span></span></em></strong></p> <p helvetica="" neue="" style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-align: justify;"><strong><em><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Mr. Williams was a very strong, loving and hardworking man.&nbsp; He loved and greeted every one he encountered.&nbsp; He joined Wesley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Iron City,&nbsp;Georgia, at early age.</span></span></em></strong></p> <p helvetica="" neue="" style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-align: justify;"><strong><em><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">Wayne will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.&nbsp;</span></span></em></strong></p> <p helvetica="" neue="" style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-align: justify;"><strong><em><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley Williams,&nbsp;son Gregory Williams, and brother Ronnie Williams.</span></span></em></strong></p> <p helvetica="" neue="" style="color: rgb(68, 68, 68); text-align: justify;"><strong><em><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family: georgia, serif;">He leaves to cherish his lifelong significant other, Lillie Wade of Iron City, GA; his three daughters: Kimberly Williams of Donalsonville, GA, Shay Williams, and Marcia Wade, both of Iron City, GA; one son, Anthony Williams of Oklahoma City, OK; six grandchildren:&nbsp; Denetris Johnson, Bridgett Sanon, Devanta Williams, ShyKeria Williams, Ingland Williams, and Adalyn Williams; three great grandkids:&nbsp; Raelyn Williams, Colton Williams, and Gracelyn Johnson; one sister, Rhunnette Jackson of Iron City, GA;&nbsp; two brothers, Emory Jackson (Debbie) of South Orange, NJ, and Larry Williams (Mary) of Bainbridge, GA; four special kids whom he held dear to his heart:&nbsp; Gloria Reynolds, Chrisandra Williams, Marcus Wade, and Rodricus Kimble; four special nephews:&nbsp; Jessie Smith, Christopher Virgin, Kendric Williams, and Marquis Wade; a special friend, Bernard Greene; a dear friend and employer, Chuck Miller; and a host of nieces, other nephews, and other sorrowing and devoted friends.</span></span></em></strong></p>

Obituary

Mr. Wayne Williams was called Home Friday, July 31, 2020, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.  Seeing that he was weak and weary, God whispered in his ear, “Come on Home My child.”

He was born to Mr. Oscar and Mrs. Netter Mae Williams on February 2, 1949.  He was a native of Seminole County, Georgia.

Mr. Williams was a very strong, loving and hardworking man.  He loved and greeted every one he encountered.  He joined Wesley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Iron City, Georgia, at early age.

Wayne will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Shirley Williams, son Gregory Williams, and brother Ronnie Williams.
