Tony Michael Burke, 58, of 1900 Ranson Street, Staunton passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 in the Augusta Health in Fishersville. Mr. Burke was born in Staunton, Virginia on January 12, 1962, a son of the late Patricia Ann (Powell) Adkins and Robert Franklin “Frank” Burke. Prior to his retiring, Tony was employed as a Tree Specialist for R.F. Burke and Son Tree Company. He attended Calvary Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting. In addition to his mother, Tony was preceded in death by a son, Camron Burke and step-mother, Margaret Burke. Surviving in addition to his father of Stuarts Draft is a daughter, Starr Burke of Fishersville; a brother, James F. “Jimmy” Burke and his wife Jackie of Stuarts Draft; a sister, Delores Jean Burke; step-father, Allen Adkins; half-brother, Robbie Burke; step-brother, Paul Tomlinson, all of Staunton; step sister Tina Good of Massanutten and a grandson, Jaden Huntley. The family will receive friends Monday, August 3, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the home of his brother, Jimmy Burke, 1159 White Hill Road, Stuarts Draft. Burial will be private. Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of his arrangements.
